TRADITIONAL GLUTEN FREE BAKING

A basing bakes are amazing, my husband found them a few days ago and asked for a carrot cake for my sons birthday today. We have just had it and OMG that cake was the best gluten-free and dairy free cake we have ever had. Can’t wait for them to be at the market in Winchester so we can try more of the amazing food. Hands down some of the best GF food I've eaten! It was a nice suprise going to Romsey market today and seeing A Basing Bakes were GF, I was so excited! I've had my first pie tonight and I cannot fault it, beautiful food! 😊 thank you!

Just had the chicken bacon and leek pie and all I can say is amazing! The pastry was spot on even my mum who is not gluten free said you would never tell the difference. Will definitely be ordering again and looking forward to my apple crumble and bread as well

I cannot recommend A Basing Bakes enough. I contacted Helen and asked for a couple of quiches and a pie for a friend who has recently been diagnosed as coeliac. They were delicious and the pastry was amazing. If I hadn't know it was all gluten free i wouldn't have been able to tell the difference. I will certainly be ordering again.

Our family has recently celebrated 18th, 21st and 60th birthdays all during lockdown. With one of us having coeliac disease, Helen’s wonderful gluten free birthday cakes and pies have really made their birthdays special. And they look and taste great too. Thanks Helen, glad we found you. 🙂

I had my first delivery last week and I’m absolutely delighted, the coffee and walnut loaf perfect, pasty the pastry is delish! The quiches so tasty, the shepherds pie better than my mums! Don’t tell her! and all gluten free, I have rheumatoid Arthritis and unable to do any baking so it’s so good to have such really nice home made food, will be ordering again soon .

Just had a beautiful full of meat beef and ale pie. Very tasty. This afternoon had a lovely soft and light lemon drizzle cake. Thank you Helen. Definitely will be ordering again. X

Ordered a variety of gluten free food from Helen. Just had the veg curry for my lunch and it's delicious. Looking forward to trying the rest out, plus I got a bonus biscuit! Greatly recommended.

ordered my partner 2 chicken pies and a quiche. he said the pies were absolutely amazing! hes already asking what cakes they make!! definitely will be using again! delivered to doorstep whilst wearing gloves and all packaged brilliantly with clear cooking instructions!

I purchased a chicken pie at Winchester farmers market. It was delicious the best gluten free pie I have had. Light crispy pastry loaded with a really tasty filling.

My Mum got me some amazing sausage rolls yesterday from the Newbury Artisan Market and I must admit, I had to question that they were definitely gluten free! Amazing! Thank you so much!
